Delhi: 4 hurt after car rams parked water cannon

Four people were injured after their Honda City rammed a water cannon of Delhi Police parked near Parliament Street police station early on Sunday. The accident occurred when the driver was trying to overtake another vehicle, but lost control after seeing a car coming from the opposite direction.
