Class X CBSE exams: 2.4 lakh get over 90%, highest ever; pass percentage dips

The number of high scorers in the Class X CBSE exams, the results of which were declared on the same day as Class 12, have risen to an all-time high. While 2,36,993 students (11.3% of total) scored 90%-plus, close to 64,908 students (3.1%) bagged a score of 95%-plus.
