Unlock 5.0: Cinema halls may reopen in Delhi

Cinema halls with 50% capacity, swimming pools and entertainment parks are likely to open in Delhi after October 15. An order from Delhi Disaster Management Authority is awaited. The central government has allowed all such activities under Unlock 5.0.
