Wave City files for bankruptcy with NCLT

Wave Mega City Center (WMCC), controlled by the Ponty Chadha family, has sought action under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) after Noida Authority decided to seal the project as the developer could not pay the fresh demand of Rs 2,975 crore.
