Delhi govt fully accountable for health: MHA

The home ministry on Thursday bluntly reminded the Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi that it remains fully accountable and in charge of health and other departments, which as per the Constitution lie in the domain of the state government, and that the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2021, in no way changes the arrangement stipulated by the statute.
