Congress slams Dhankhar’s ‘attack on judiciary’

Terming them as “warning to the Constitution loving citizens” and “extraordinary attack on the judiciary”, Congress on Thursday condemned vice president Jagdeep Dhankar’s remarks on the Constitution’s “basic structure doctrine”, arguing that the Supreme Court judgment in Keshavananda Bharati case has been held as a landmark ruling by all including the BJP luminaries for decades.
