A month on, 36-year-old arrested for murder, sexual assault on boy in Delhi

More than a month after a teenaged boy was found dead in Alipur in north Delhi, the murder bearing all signs of a sexual crime, police arrested a 36-year-old man on Wednesday and charged him with the murder of the 15-year-old.
