SDMC to turn primary schools into shelters

South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) is offering its primary schools as shelters — with promises of bed, food and other basic amenities — to migrant labourers and their families, many of whom are clueless about how to survive during the 21-day lockdown and have been trying to walk back to their villages in Uttar Pradesh over the past two-three days.
