Delhi: 2 juveniles killed teen for Rs 200, held

Two juveniles were apprehended for murdering a 17-year-old youth for refusing to return Rs 200 he had borrowed from them. The juveniles first strangled Nitin Mishra with a nylon rope and then disfigured his face with a stone. They then dragged the body into a garbage dump near Anand Vihar.
