World Cup betting rackets busted, 6 held

Two betting syndicates were busted by Crime Branch on Saturday. Six people were arrested for accepting bets on World Cup matches through a mobile app. At the time of the arrest, they had accepted bets of over Rs 1.35 crore on the app called Diamond. The police have seized phones, laptops and LED TVs.
