Flats that never were: Man dupes 700 investors

An MCom graduate was arrested for duping over 700 investors of crores on the pretext of providing them flats in a fictitious residential colony in outer Delhi. One of the victims was duped of Rs 4.4 crore. The accused, Jai Prakash Saini, is a resident of Dwarka. He was living in Kolkata under the assumed identity of Trilok Singh Sandhu.
