Nothing has changed since 1872, decrees tough to execute, says Supreme Court

The Privy Council had in 1872 observed that the difficulties of the litigant in India begin when he has obtained a decree but not much has changed in the last 150 years and people continue to face the problem in execution of decree passed in their favour—a fact recognised by the Supreme Court on Friday.
