Man held for trying to kill minor after rape in Delhi's Nangloi; DCW notice to cops

Delhi Police have arrested a 31-year-old man who is alleged to have tried to kill a 15-year-old girl after sexually assaulting her in outer Delhi's Nangloi earlier this month. The girl is in hospital and her condition is stable, police officers said.
