Impose cost on nations backing terror, says PM

Pitching for a full war against terrorism and not just terrorists, PM Modi on Friday urged nations to "pursue terrorists, break their support networks and hit their finances" as he pushed for imposing costs upon countries that support terrorism, and isolating entities which try to create sympathy for terrorists.
