Terrorism once thrived in India because Congress viewed it “from the prism of vote-bank and appeasement politics”, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in poll-bound Gujarat's Kheda on Sunday while contrasting BJP's fight against terror with the opposition's “unchanged mindset” and “backdoor” attempts to save the perpetrators.
