Disqualified Rahul did not want Opposition to attend Parliament opening, says Hardeep Puri

Minister for petroleum and urban development Hardeep Singh Puri on Friday said Coangress leader Rahul Gandhi did not want the Opposition to tend the inauguration of the new Parliament building since he could not himself attend after being disqualified as a MP.
