Govt imposes stock limits on wheat for first time in 15 years

After a gap of 15 years, the Centre on Monday imposed limits on stocks of wheat that retailers, wholesalers and processors can hold with them at any given time, signalling its desire to curb hoarding and not to let the price of foodgrain and its products, like atta, rise significantly.
