Haryana clashes: Rioters to pay, says chief minister Khattar as toll rises to 6; 166 arrested

Chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Wednesday the Haryana government will invoke a law passed in 2021 to make rioters pay for damage to both state and private property in communal clashes that south Haryana has been witnessing.
