Delhi airport tries to make travel bright & sunny for those with hidden disabilities

Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has introduced special services for travelers with hidden disabilities at Delhi airport. The airport has transformed into a Sunflower airport, aligned with the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative. Passengers can use discreet items like lanyards, pin badges, and wristbands to signal their need for assistance. All passenger-facing staff members have undergone training on hidden disabilities to ensure a caring and supportive environment throughout the journey. The initiative is part of DIAL's commitment to providing a seamless travel experience for all passengers.
