Cat spotted dragging dead foetus at KEM Hosp

Staffers at the civic KEM Hospital, Parel spotted the remains of a foetus being dragged by a cat on Tuesday. BMC ordered an inquiry into how the cat got access to the room where biomedical waste is stored before disposal.
