Delhi: Another pollution spike likely on Dec 4

While Delhi is witnessing its cleanest spell of air since October 9, a spike in pollution levels has been predicted on December 4. PM 2.5 and PM 10 levels are likely to touch 5-7 times the safe standards that day.
