Seized foreign liquor to be sold at 25% discount

Tipplers may soon get to enjoy foreign and Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) 25% cheaper than the prevailing market rates. But the catch is that the liquor on sale at the discounted price would be those seized by the excise department during various raids.
