Old pvt cars may soon run as school cabs in Delhi

Delhi government may soon allow private cars to be converted into school cabs to ferry students. Sources said the transport department had prepared a new school cab policy, which would allow the owners of private cars to get a permit to run them as commercial passenger vehicles by installing speed governors and roof carriers to carry bags, and by remodelling the seats with minor tweaks.
