ED trying to shift me to police lockup for torture: AAP MP Sanjay Singh

Aam Admi Party Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh filed an application against the Enforcement Directorate (ED), accusing them of trying to shift him to a police lockup where he could be tortured away from CCTV cameras. However, the ED told the court that they had no intention of shifting Singh to the lockup. The court disposed of the application after noting the ED's submissions. Singh expressed concerns about his safety and requested the court to direct the ED not to shift him from their headquarters while he was in their custody.
